“Danny and the team at C&C did a fantastic job with the build-out of our PrimoHoagies restaurant in Uptown New Orleans. We gave C&C the tough task of meeting a grand opening deadline, and they came through.

There were numerous challenges to overcome in order to complete this project, including several hurdles with regard to permitting, the nature of improving a century old building and compliance with various franchise requirements for construction. Danny was able to complete the work on time and on budget. All along the way, there was clear and direct communication, regular updates, and immediate informing regarding any issues or decision points. C&C also did a great job of coordinating with the various parties involved in the process, including the architect, local regulator(s), sub-contractors and even my landlord to solve issues and obtain approvals as they arose in the normal course. There were no surprises. Danny is easy to work with, highly qualified, and as a new business owner provided me with the comfort of knowing that the project would go as planned.

Most importantly. The store looks great, and the quality of the work is at the high level that I expected. I absolutely plan to use C&C again in the future.
